The 7.5" quick release handle is ideal for placing the pan in the oven quickly and easily. The Pizza Pan is compatible with our Smart Oven® models (Pizzaiolo BPZ800, BPZ820 and Ovens BOV845, BOV860, BOV900, BOV950).
